Hey eco-warriors! 🌱✨ Today, we’re diving into the heartbeat of our biogas plant and seeing how it ticks to visualize where we can boost our green energy output. 🌍💡

1️⃣ First up, our biogas system’s power usage. It’s mostly smooth sailing with average consumption at 52.9 kW per day, but we do spot some dips. Time to fine-tune and keep that energy flow consistent!

2️⃣ Mixing it up! Our feedstock mixing unit had some hiccups with a surprising -20.8 W minimum. Seems like a glitch we need to check out to keep everything running at top efficiency.

3️⃣ Our pumps are the real workhorses but they’re showing some signs of stress with erratic power outputs hitting 22.1 kW at their peak. Let’s give them a little TLC! 💪

4️⃣ Feeding solids to the system shouldn’t be a rollercoaster. We’re seeing big swings in performance, and stability is what we’re after. Let’s get this sorted!

5️⃣ Our fermenters (1, 2, & 3) are doing a stellar job without high-tech tweaks, showing us strong and steady power usage throughout the day. Go fermenters! 👏

6️⃣ Next, let’s talk reactors. While Reactor 1 is showing some great consistency, Reactor 2 needs a bit of a nudge to reduce those power fluctuations. Consistency is key! 🔑

7️⃣ Lastly, our substrate storage reactors are a mixed bag. Reactor 1 is a bit on the low side with 8.49 W peak usage, and Reactors 2 & 3 are a bit unstable. Time for a strategic upgrade? 🛠️

We’ve got some tweaks to make, but it’s all part of the journey towards optimal performance and sustainability. ⚙️🌿 Every bit of improvement means more clean energy and a happier planet! 🌏❤️
