1️⃣ Throughout the day, our plant’s energy consumption dances between 31.9 kW and 79.7 kW. It’s like an energy tango – mostly smooth with some dips, possibly when we take a breather for maintenance or need more feedstock!
2️⃣ Our slurry storage mixer sometimes goes rogue with power dips to -20.8W (yikes!), signalling a little hiccup that needs a fix to keep things running smoothly.
3️⃣ And speaking of smooth, not all pumps are as steady. One of them hit a zero – might be taking a nap or just switched off for a check-up!
4️⃣ The solid matter feeder showed us it’s quite the moody piece with swings from -46.5 W to 3.28 kW. Consistency is key, folks, to keep that biogas flowing!
5️⃣ Over in the fermenters, things look a bit more stable. The first fermenter cruises at 3.84 kW, but the next two are a tad thirstier for energy, hovering around 4.90 kW. It’s all about balancing that energy diet!
6️⃣ The last fermentation stages are where the magic happens, with power peaking (like a good workout session) to ensure efficient gas extraction. 🏋️♂️🔥
7️⃣ Now, storage is where we hit cruise control. Minimal energy use means we’re doing something right in keeping our biogas top-notch!
